SILLY GAMES by E.D. Silly
1. 4 or more players sit round in a circle. The player nearest the one next to him deals. Whilst the deal is going on the other players have to impersonate either General Franco or any member of the P.L.F. (Palestine Liberation Front).
Each player has 7 cards, apart from the eldest one who has 9 and the other 3, who have 6. Then the player nearest the one who last went to the lavatory runs out of the room, taking his cards with him and goes to see a film. The next player must either go and see a film as well or, if he has a Jack, Queen or King of any Black suit, he must go to the pub. The 2 remaining players can either go to the pub or go to see a film.
The Winner is the one nearest the mantlepiece.
2. The Francis of Assisi Game
The player pretending to be Francis of Assisi deals 6 cards to each player. They all then see who can remain motionless longest. The first player to move then becomes Francis of Assisi.
3. Drabble
A word game for 2 to 4 players. The four players sit from left to right and the first person to write a novel wins.
One of the many reasons why I love the Monty Python team.
For the first time in, what, three or four years, I went to Sanity and purchased a CD.
LOL.
Anyway, apart from that being amusing (to me, anyway), it’s also a good CD and I have been waiting for its release for quite a long time.
PENDULUM :: Immersion
Good album, classic Pendulum with subtle changes. Witchcraft was my favourite track, and it still is. The Island parts I and II are also doing things to me right now, so I’m super impressed.
My dr00dface hit lvl 80 after two-ish months of dungeon running and some serious questage with Dan’s shamwow from lvl 63 onwards. I have the iLvl 245 shoulders and trinket from the Triumph vendor so far - totally saving for the helm now and some sparkly rings and shit :) I also managed to get my hands on Unspeakable Secret and Tower of the Mouldering Corpse in one FOS-POS run. Dan got NOTHING. Ha.
FACT: I attract 16-year-old boys like nobody’s business. Pimp.
Lately I’ve been getting myself into trouble.
Damn my stupid charm and my desire to play mind games with people.
Oh well. Some people deserve to get fucking Criss Angel Mindfreak’d anyway.
Bahaha.
[End evil spiel here]
I made a new WoW character… Squee!
I am officially on a mission to make this girl my 4th level 80, after realising that I’m probably never going to level my DK past 74… I HATE them. So fcking boring. AND I gave my DK the Spectral Tiger Mount… ARGH!
Anyway…
The new girl’s of the druid persuasion and I’ll be going Boomkin until 80… Then I MAY try resto depending on how insane and/or dumb I’m feeling.
She’s gone 1-27 in under a week with heirlooms and Dan’s help with chain-dungeons. At 60, I’ll be questing with Dan’s enh shaman until we get to 80, so that’s uber exciting.
I’ve given her the PvP mace with a +22 int enchant because I’m too lazy to farm heroics to get the staff, but she’s still the hottest manbearbig I’ve seen.

Nerdiness terminated.
Like, hi again.
This morning I started wondering what makes girls so eager to take one million photos of themselves (and their friends) in pretty much the exact same pose whilst doing ‘sexy’ pouts? I never got that… Probably because I hate photos, but still…
What’s behind these one million photos of you doing the exact same thing? Are girls trying to look ‘cool’? Are they trying to come off as ‘provocative’? I’m not sure. It confuses the fck out me either way.
And how exactly would you initiate such photo-taking? I would feel freaking weird saying, “Hey girl! Let’s take some pictures while we lie on my bed so I can post them all on MySpace! Oh, and by the way, you can only pout…” Don’t you feel like a tard posing like that?
ANYWAY…
QUESTION: What’s better than eating white chocolate fudge?
ANSWER: Eating white chocolate fudge whilst watching Dan play Bioshock… Or eating white chocolate fudge whilst reading a Stephen King book.
It’s a stupid question, since white chocolate fudge plus a random enjoyable activity is awesome.
ANYWAY… So I have deserted World of Warcraft for Borderlands, and I’ve deserted Borderlands for more Stephen King novels.
In other words, I haven’t been geeking out all that much. Shock horror.
I finished reading Pet Sematary after approximately 8 hours, and now I am onto Insomnia, which is already thrilling me with various Dark Tower references… How sad is that? Heh.
Anyway, I’m off to email my groupies.
Seriously.
Well… Not groupies.
Friends.
:)
More design work today as per the norm… Exciting! /cheer
I’ve been working on a Wordpress website for a new client, and so far I’ve made a brand new header (looks slick in my opinion), page backgrounds, content box backgrounds and a website form interface (also looks slick).
Now I’m onto designing sub-headers, testimonial boxes presented in a neat graphic layout and I’m also designing a cover sheet for a downloadable report she’s going to make available for her clients and people interested in her work.
ANYWAY… That is what I am doing today.
OH… And on the weekend (despite the semi-miserable weather), Dan and I went to Montville and it was lovely. I went to Candy Addictions for some spearmint candy (my favourite), purchased some handmade chocolates, and then we proceeded to have lunch at a small Italian restaurant. Divine on many levels.
I’d also like to live there, but that’s another story.
Ciao.
MEATLOAF.
(The food - not the singer… Although Meatloaf did rock.)
So, I’ve made meatloaf for dinner and I think it will be pretty amazing.
I believe I’ll serve mashed potatoes and vegetables on the side.
HARDXCORE.

An old photo of mine I stumbled across… Love pandas and origami paper.
I just finished reading Black House by Stephen King and Peter Straub. Apart from it being a little confronting in some parts, it was also amazing.
Believe it or not, this was my first ever Stephen King novel. I’ve never been a fan of horror movies, and I automatically thought that I would feel the same way about horror fiction. However, my reaction was very different.
…Although, I wouldn’t class Black House as a horror novel (like the library classification tag advertised). To me, it’s a mix of murder mystery and fantasy - two genres I wouldn’t think to put hand-in-hand. But it worked well, and I couldn’t put it down.
So next for me is The Dark Tower series - I have downloaded the first book onto my Kindle, and hopefully Pet Sematary will be ready for me at the library soon!
Now for some more photos to end this post…
A first look at the photos I took for my sister’s formal… She’s beautiful :)

EDIT: More to come later, unless Em says otherwise… :) Let me know, sister!
